Some customers ask the same questions over and over - it might be about shipping status, or a new feature, or how to contact a specific person on your team - and we know that sometimes you'll be giving the same answer to everyone. This is why we created Echo Templates.

You can either write your replies ahead of time or promote existing replies to re-use later. You can manage your Echo answers quickly and easily, and even customize each Echo once it's been put into the message for any variations you'll need.
