Synchronize customer issues with Lighthouse tickets

Sometimes customer issues are related to backend issues and you'd like to tie the two issues together. Lighthouse synchronization allows you to attach Lighthouse tickets to customer support discussions. This keeps your developers and issue tracker focused, your customers in the loop with your development progress, and everyone on the same page.
When you attach a Lighthouse ticket to a Tender discussion, the ticket is updated with a link to the Tender discussion. And when you resolve your Lighthouse issue, the system posts a notifcation back to the Tender issue.

This simple feature reclaims your bug tracker. Discussions can now revolve around development issues, not customer problems. This distinction is important because one development issue may be the source of 50 customer issues (or vice versa!).
